Download and print the prepaid sustainable shipping label provided at the end of the return process.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in their original eco-friendly packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
